It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our founder and Chairman of the Board, Albert A. Fralinger, Jr., who passed away peacefully at home on November 22, 2025, at the age of 93. Mr. Fralinger launched the company in 1966 from his own basement, guided by hard work, humility, and an unwavering commitment to service—principles that continue to define us today.
