The project consisted of a partial boundary and topographic survey including
locating existing site features, school structure, paved surfaces, sidewalk, curbing, lights, playground equipment, woods, stormwater structures and visible utilities.

Fralinger Engineering prepared design plans and technical bid specifications for a new, 100+ stall parking lot with a loading/unloading maneuvering area, a new playground structure with an engineered wood fiber surface, a baseball field, a fenced stormwater management basin, site lighting and upgrades to the existing lighting system.

During construction, Fralinger Engineering was responsible for construction administration/site inspection which included a pre-construction meeting, shop drawing review, on-site inspection during construction, punch list review and review of payment request by the contractor.
