Fralinger Receives Surveyor of the Year Award from New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors

The Surveyor of the Year award was presented to Albert A. Fralinger, Jr. at New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors annual conference, Survcon on February 7, 2019. Fralinger is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Fralinger Engineering PA. and has over 50 years experience in the civil engineering and land surveying fields.

Dr. Tony Loman, Dean of the School of Engineering at Rowan University presented the award to Mr. Fralinger and commented, “Al has been instrumental in working with Rowan University’s Engineering Department, assisting in the development of a new four-year degree in Land Surveying”. An official announcement will occur in the near future.

NJSPLS is a statewide organization comprised of over 1,000 members who provide a unified voice for professional land surveyors in New Jersey.
