Fralinger Engineering provided all planning services for the eventual site selected for the Regional Facility. Fralinger Engineering also provided all land surveying services, civil site design, grading, stormwater management, site layout, landscaping and lighting design for the 450,000 sf facility. Fralinger engineering acquired all City and County Planning Board approvals along with all necessary NJDEP water and sewer extension permits. Fralinger Engineering also provided site construction inspection services for the duration of the project.
